The Women’s World Cup has already seen the start of this year’s summer of sport and with Wimbledon well underway, we figured it was time to smarten up and make the most of these longer days.
Feeling inspired to brush off your tennis gear and head over to your nearest tennis court? Or perhaps you’d rather pack up a picnic (not forgetting the strawberries and cream) to enjoy on ‘Murray Mound’? Either way, the smart fortwo and forfour have got enough space for all your outdoor adventures.
Equipped with folding passenger seat backrest and foldable seat bench for ultimate flexibility, both the fortwo and the forfour are able to boast a cargo capacity that is sure to satisfy.
Despite its compact size, the fortwo has the ability to accommodate up to 350 litres; whilst the forfour has a maximum of 975 litres of cargo space meaning there’s no need to worry that your much-needed picnic accessories won’t fit. Believe us, they will!
If you can’t quite picture what litres of luggage space looks like, then it may be useful to know that the fortwo can stow items of up to 1.55 metres in length when the passenger seat is folded down, whilst the forfour can carry up to 2.20 metres. If that isn’t enough to make your Summer expeditions easier, the forfour’s rear doors open up to an impressive 85°, so getting all your goodies back out again couldn’t be easier. Now that’s smart.
