The Mercedes-Benz Apprentice Academy has been in place since 1995 and since then over 1,500 of our apprentices have graduated from the scheme. Recruitment of apprentices is increasing by 30 per cent year-on-year. As a further sign of investment in the programme the Mercedes-Benz National Apprentice Academy recently moved to a £3 million state-of-the-art facility at our UK Headquarters in Milton Keynes. This is where apprentices will gain the skills and knowledge they need to develop their chosen field. As an apprentice, you'll earn whilst you learn and work with experienced coaches and mentors within our vibrant operational workshops.

We are now recruiting for Vehicle Technicians.

As a Vehicle Technician your work will initially focus on service maintenance, carrying out routine maintenance and basic repairs on passenger cars. You will then progress to complex fault diagnosis and repair, using Mercedes‑Benz specialist diagnostic equipment.

Vehicle Technicians are required to deal with ever more complex systems as a result of the increase in electronic components in modern vehicles. As a Mercedes‑Benz Vehicle Technician you will learn to maintain and repair some of the most advanced components available in passenger cars, giving you the scope to move into ever more challenging areas of motor engineering should you aspire to do so. We encourage innovation and empower people to work creatively to drive continuous improvement and deliver even better levels of work and customer satisfaction.
