Daimler AG is continuously monitoring the spread of the COVID-19 in order to be able to react to the dynamically changing situation at any time and to adapt our measures accordingly.

The health and safety of our customers, employees and business partners is our top priority and these measures are constantly updated, guided by current alerts and information from the World Health Organization (WHO).

Mercedes-Benz Cars UK under the guidance of Daimler AG has a dedicated local team monitoring the UK Government’s national and international guidelines to contain the virus.

We are delighted to tell you that we will be re-opening all of our showrooms and external display areas on 2 December 2020 and you are welcome to visit us again to view and take advantage of some fantastic offers across our entire range.

The safety of our customers and staff remains our number one priority, so we will still be implementing strict social distancing measures and observing Covid secure guidelines, in line with the latest government advice.

All of our public areas and cars have been fully sanitised and we have installed protective screens and sanitiser stations throughout every showroom.

Servicing, MOT & Parts.

Our Service & Repair Centres and Parts departments continue to operate as normal.. They will be able to handle all servicing, repairs, Mercedes-Benz GenuineParts requirements as well as MOTs and breakdowns.

The health and safety of our customers, partners and employees remains our top priority - and our range of measures in place across all of our Service and Parts departments follow the latest guidelines from UK Government and indeed Public Health England.

We are aware that some customers currently have cars in our workshops and once the work is complete, we will be in contact to discuss the return of your vehicle to you. We will also be asking you to pay your repair bill online using your Mercedes me account details.

Motability

For our Motability Scheme customers we will be allowing applications to be created and submitted remotely, via telephone or video call. However, as always, the customer or appointee must be present at the point of application.

Handovers can be carried out on a Click and Collect basis on dealership premises, in accordance with COVID-19 safety guidelines and only if you feel comfortable to do so. Home delivery of Scheme vehicles will not be permitted.

Service, maintenance and repair work can continue as usual.
