Mercedes-Benz Approved Used Programme Benefits

One year unlimited mileage warranty.

Every approved used Mercedes-Benz comes with a guarantee of at least 12 months' comprehensive unlimited mileage warranty. At any time your car is being repaired under warranty, we'll also pay up to £100 per day (including VAT)[1] towards the cost of a replacement vehicle.

Up to 8 years battery warranty on Mercedes-EQ vehicles:
Our battery certificate protects customers for up to 8 years or a mileage of 100,000 miles against any financial burden should your high-voltage battery fall below the threshold of 180 Ah of reserve capacity.

2 year warranty for Mercedes-AMG vehicles:
If your Mercedes-AMG experiences a mechanical or electrical failure, we will assess your car to discover whether a repair is needed. All you need to do is get in touch with us, and we’ll discuss and resolve your claim.

Complimentary Roadside Assistance.

Get 12 months free roadside assistance, giving you 24/7 emergency breakdown and recovery, which can last for 30 years from date of first registration [2]. Where ever you are in the UK, we will send out a qualified technician to assist you at the roadside if you breakdown.

[1] Subject to terms and conditions. Please note the wear and tear benefit is not applicable for vehicles over 3 years of age which have exceeded 100,000 miles.

[2] Subject to servicing your car at an official Mercedes-Benz retailer.

[3] For vehicles over two years old. Covers the cost of replacing, repairing or altering covered parts (up to a maximum value of £750 including VAT) but have caused the car to fail its MOT within 30 days of the due date. Cover runs for at least one year.

[4] Mercedes-Benz warranty services will pay up to £100 a day (including VAT), for up to a maximum of seven days in a 212 month period towards the cost of a replacement vehicle. You can only have a replacement vehicle if your vehicle is being repaired under this warranty and off the road as a result of the warranty repair.
