Mercedes-Benz Retail Group customers can benefit from our 'Click & Collect' service. We have a dedicated remote Sales Team who are able to offer consultations via phone, email, or even video call. They can facilitate all aspects of your vehicle search and selection, financing and part exchange.

We have always taken the safety of our customers and colleagues very seriously and in the current climate that responsibility is even more critical. As a result we have changed our usual vehicle handover process to ensure the safety of our customers and colleagues and respect government guidelines.

Before your Delivery. We have a dedicated team who are able to offer consultations via phone, email, or even video call.
Keeping you Safe. Your new vehicle will be fully sanitised and prepped for collection.
Your Handover. On the all-important day of your handover, your Sales Executive will keep a 2-metre distance whilst wearing a face mask and protective gloves.

What to expect when I collect my vehicle?


Before your arrival - When it’s time to collect your new vehicle, a member of the team will contact you to complete all of the relevant paperwork. In order to maintain social distancing, only one customer will be allowed in the handover area at any one time. For that reason, we also ask that where possible you collect your car by yourself. Please be aware that your vehicle collection may be outside.


Upon arrival - Upon your arrival at the dealership, you’ll be greeted by a member of staff who will direct you to your vehicle outside the showroom. In accordance with Government guidance all customers are required to wear a face covering, that covers your nose and mouth, for the duration of your visit with us. Throughout your time at the dealership, our colleagues will wear a face covering whenever they are interacting with you. If you do not have a face covering with you, a disposable face mask will be provided. If your personal circumstances exempt you from wearing a face covering, please let the dealership team know.


Part-Exchange - If you have a part-exchange, your sales executive will re-appraise your car after directing you to the dedicated area. Please maintain the recommended two metre distance between yourself and the sales executive. If there is any further paperwork that needs to be completed, you’ll be directed to the sanitised ‘Signing Space’ where the documents will be highlighted for your signature.


Vehicle Collection - Ahead of your visit, your vehicle will have been fully valeted and sanitised ready for collection. The sales executive will ensure social distancing measures are maintained throughout the entire collection process, your sanitised keys will be given to you in a sealed envelope and you’ll be free to drive away in your new car!


Aftersales - one of our Star Experts will be offering a Post-Delivery Digital Handover via FaceTime, e-mail or phone so we can answer more detailed questions around the features of your car.
