How can I make a Claim?

Purchases before 31st August 2022

If you purchased your insurance before 31st August 2022, the easiest way to make a claim is using our administrator's online claims application.

Alternatively, you can call our administrators on 01279 456507 to register a claim. They are open Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am – 12:00pm.

Purchases after 1st August 2023

For any policies purchased from the 1st August 2023, please use our administrator's online claims application.
